Access Keys
Access keys are keyboard shortcuts that allow users to navigate this site using a keyboard instead of a mouse. Frequently accessed links will have a single underlined character that corresponds to their access key. The access keys used in this site are:

To follow a link using an access key
On a PC with Windows press ALT and the access key. If you are using Internet Explorer you will need to then press enter.
On a Macintosh press CTRL and the access key.
Text Size
To increase the text size simply click the large capital 'A' icon. This will increase the text size throughout the site. This requires javascript.
If you do not have javascript you may increase the text size through your browser.
Javascript
